How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed and shipped the same or next business day. Delivery within Germany takes 3-5 business days, within the European Union 5-10 business days depending on the country.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping within Germany is free. For other countries, costs range between €6,00 and €10,00 depending on destination. Exact costs are shown at checkout before payment.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within Germany, Austria and Switzerland, as well as to other EU countries. Shipping outside the EU is in the working.
Returns & Exchanges
How does the return process work?
You have 14 days to return your order. Items must be almost unworn and with the original tag attached. We cover the return shipping costs. Once we receive your return, you'll receive a full refund to your original payment method.

Can I exchange for a different size?

How do I find my right size?
Our size chart will help you find the right fit. You can find it directly on the product page under the size options or under the informations "Size & Fit". If you're unsure, feel free to reach out — we're happy to assist.
Where are the products made?
Our products are made in the republic of China, by a manufacturer we carefully selected and work closly with. For us, what matters isn't where something is made, but how — and that's where we focus our attention at every step.
How do I take care of the trousers?
Machine wash at 30 Celsius and inside out. Dry Cleaning is prefered recommended. Iron at medium heat. Do not bleach and do not tumble dry. Full care instructions are also available in the productinformations or on the label inside the trouser.
